These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of hockeyboss.com (the “Site”) and purchases made from Hockey Boss (“HockeyBoss,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them by reference.

1. Lawful Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to commit fraud, submit false payment or shipping information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Site security or availability, introduce malicious code, scrape or exploit Site content unlawfully, or infringe the rights of HockeyBoss or another party.

2. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Information submitted to HockeyBoss must be accurate and reasonably current.

3. Product Information

HockeyBoss makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability. Product appearance, packaging, specifications, or manufacturer details may change or vary reasonably from displayed information.

Products are represented as new and authentic unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the identified products subject to these Terms. An automated order-confirmation message confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

HockeyBoss may hold, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of product unavailability, payment or verification problems, suspected fraud, invalid information, pricing or product-information errors, shipping restrictions, policy violations, or applicable legal requirements.

If HockeyBoss cancels an order after collecting payment, the applicable canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. HockeyBoss makes reasonable efforts to keep prices and promotions accurate. If a material pricing or technical error affects an order, HockeyBoss may correct the error, contact the customer before fulfillment, or cancel the affected item and provide the applicable refund.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.

6. Taxes and International Charges

Applicable taxes that HockeyBoss is required or configured to collect are calculated during checkout based on transaction and delivery information.

International orders may also be subject to destination-country customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, or clearance charges as described in our International Shipping Policy.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may be subject to eligibility rules, expiration dates, minimum purchases, product exclusions, usage limits, and other conditions disclosed with the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes may not be combined.

8. Shipping

U.S. shipping is governed by our United States Shipping Policy. International shipping is governed by our International Shipping Policy.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Defective Items

Return eligibility, return methods, return-shipping responsibility, refund timing, exclusions, and defective-item handling are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

10. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods, exclusions, and procedures vary by product and manufacturer. HockeyBoss may inspect merchandise submitted as defective to distinguish a manufacturer defect from normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper care, alteration, or other non-warranty conditions.

11. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original text, layout, graphics, branding, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to HockeyBoss and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Third-party brands, product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If the Site permits you to submit reviews, feedback, photographs, or other content, you must have the right to submit that content and it must not be unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or misleading. You grant HockeyBoss the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, moderate, and use content you voluntarily submit in connection with the Site and its services.

13. Third-Party Services

The Site may use or link to independent payment processors, carriers, analytics services, social platforms, and other third-party services. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

14. Privacy

HockeyBoss’s handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Site Availability

HockeyBoss may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue Site functionality where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every Site function will be continuously available or error-free.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. HOCKEYBOSS DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO SITE OPERATION TO THE EXTENT THOSE WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

This section does not eliminate express product warranties, applicable manufacturer warranties, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HockeyBoss will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products purchased through the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

HockeyBoss is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier or transportation interruption, infrastructure failure, labor disruption, government action, or comparable events.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another non-waivable law controls.

Subject to non-waivable consumer-protection and jurisdictional rights, proceedings relating to these Terms may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey.

20. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure by HockeyBoss to enforce a provision does not permanently waive that provision or another right.

21. Changes to These Terms

HockeyBoss may update these Terms to reflect changes in operations, services, technology, policies, or law. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
