Marketing opt-out requests do not prevent HockeyBoss from sending non-promotional communications that are reasonably necessary for an order, customer account, payment, shipment, delivery, return, refund, security matter, legal notice, or customer-service request.

Please provide enough information for us to reasonably locate the relevant account or records without including unnecessary sensitive information.

We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify your identity, prevent fraudulent or unauthorized requests, identify records associated with you, or verify the authority of an authorized agent.
We will respond within the time required by the privacy law applicable to the request.

Requests We May Be Unable to Fulfill
