International Shipping Policy

This policy applies when HockeyBoss makes international shipping available through hockeyboss.com.

1. International Availability

HockeyBoss welcomes international orders to destinations supported by checkout. An international destination is considered supported only when a valid international shipping option is presented for the order during checkout.

Availability can depend on destination-country rules, product characteristics, package size and weight, carrier capability, export restrictions, payment verification, and other legal or operational requirements.

2. Carrier

HockeyBoss uses FedEx international services for supported international shipments. The exact FedEx service available for an order depends on destination, package characteristics, and checkout availability.

3. Processing and Delivery

International orders may be processed Monday through Sunday. International orders can require additional verification or export/customs documentation before shipment.

After shipment, international delivery is typically estimated at 5–10 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery window. Customs clearance, local holidays, weather, carrier operations, and destination-country requirements may extend delivery.

4. International Shipping Charges

The free-shipping promotion for eligible U.S. orders of $150 or more does not apply to international shipments. The applicable international shipping cost is displayed during checkout before purchase.

5. Taxes, Duties, Customs, and Brokerage

Applicable taxes that HockeyBoss is required or configured to collect are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address and applicable rules.

Unless checkout expressly states that import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or carrier clearance fees are prepaid or included, those additional destination-country charges are the recipient’s responsibility. They may be collected by FedEx, customs authorities, or another destination-country authority before or at delivery.

6. Brand and Product Restrictions

HockeyBoss currently applies no general brand-based international shipping restriction. However, individual products or destinations may still be unavailable because of legal, export, customs, manufacturer, or carrier requirements. Checkout eligibility controls.

7. Tracking

When tracking is available, HockeyBoss sends shipment confirmation and FedEx tracking information to the email address associated with the order.

8. Address and Recipient Information

Customers must provide complete and accurate recipient, street, postal, region/state/province, country, phone, and other information required for delivery and customs processing. Incorrect or incomplete information can cause delay, additional charges, or return of the shipment.

9. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Shipments

A shipment refused by the recipient, rejected because of unpaid duties/fees, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may incur carrier, return-transportation, customs, or brokerage charges. Any eligible refund will be determined after the merchandise is returned and inspected, and customer-caused charges may be deducted where permitted and clearly documented.

10. International Returns

Standard buyer-remorse international returns are not accepted. International returns are accepted for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.

To report an eligible international issue, submit the Return Request Form promptly and provide photographs and supporting details. Do not send an international return before HockeyBoss provides instructions.

For a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect international order, HockeyBoss will provide an approved prepaid return method or reimburse a reasonable, pre-approved tracked return-shipping cost. If HockeyBoss authorizes a refund instead of replacement, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

11. Original International Shipping and Import Charges

Original international shipping charges and destination-country customs, duties, brokerage, or import charges are generally non-refundable on customer-caused delivery failures. Where an order arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect because of a verified HockeyBoss fulfillment issue, HockeyBoss will determine the appropriate reimbursement based on the circumstances and applicable law.
